About Lux Sex Therapy
Meet Haley
I’m a psychosexual and relationship therapist who helps people explore intimacy, desire, and connection without shame, pressure, or one-size-fits-all rules. My work is rooted in evidence-based therapy, but what matters most is creating a space where you can be honest, even when the words feel hard to say.
I work with individuals, couples, and moresomes across identities, orientations, and relationship styles. My approach is queer-affirming (including ace & aro identities), kink-informed, ENM-friendly, neurodivergent-inclusive, and health-at-every-size aware. I celebrate all ways of being, all ways of loving, and all ways of connecting.
I know what it’s like to feel like your desires—or lack of them—don’t make sense to anyone else. You’re not broken. And you don’t need to become someone else to feel better in your body or your relationships. Therapy with me is about curiosity, honesty, and exploring what feels right for you, at your pace, in your language.
My Approach
Brave & curiosity-driven — We build understanding together, at your pace.
Body + mind: I integrate relational, somatic, and emotional approaches to help you feel fully present.
Inclusive & celebratory: Everyone, all bodies, all identities, all relationship structures welcome.
Evidence-informed — Grounded in psychosexual therapy, family systems, trauma-informed care, and relational practice.

Why This Work Matters to Me
I know what it’s like to feel like your desires—or lack of them—don’t make sense to anyone else. That isolation, that “Am I the only one?” feeling… it’s real. And you’re definitely not alone.
I love helping people explore pleasure and connection in ways that feel authentic, playful, and brave. There’s no shame, no “should,” just a space to notice what’s happening for you and learn to feel more at home in your body, relationships, and life.
